Purchasing products
Our website allows you to offer to purchase a product from us. Your offer does not become an order unless and until we agree to supply your chosen product to you. There is no contract of sale until we accept your offer. If we decline your offer we will refund your payment.
English law requires that we allow you a seven working day cooling off period starting the day after you place your order.
Payment is taken in full on placement of order.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order during the seven day cooling off period, you must contact us in writing before the end of the period, our contact details are here. We will refund your payment.
Delivery
Your product will be provided to you as a download link when you purchase. Please save the product to your own computer. The download page is only available immediately after purchase. If you require another copy of your product, please contact us, providing your details and the date of your purchase.

We don't substitute goods, you get what you order.

Due refund payment will be made within thirty calendar days.

Catastrophe
A catastrophic event such as a terrorist attack, a major fire at our factory, or a declaration of war by the United Kingdom that affects our ability to fulfil our contract with you cancels our contract.
